''I have Rx in US, but availability at local pharmacies has been very low. I am a chronic pain patient from bad car wreck. Bought these while on vacation in Cabo [San Lucas] from pharmacy who said it was real - so I don't go through withdrawal when U.S. suppliers are down.

I tried the one then half at different times, and it doesn't 'feel' like the real thing.''
